The Goal

 Ultimately my goal is to lose a total weight of 124lbs. I am going to break this down into three, six month, mini goals. In order to achieve the goal of losing 50lb per six month interval, I would have to lose 2 pounds per week, with one or two of those weeks losing a little more than 2 pounds to get to the 50lb loss goal. So if all goes as planned, then I should reach my goal weight within a year and a half.
